Our Blackley branch is the newest and largest of our three branches in Manchester. It opened in 2007 and has been fully refurbished to house two large chapels of rest where you can visit your loved ones in private.
The building has an interesting history as it was previously used by the monks and brothers of Mount Carmel as a place of worship. We support our local churches including Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Christchurch Harpurhey and St John Bosco.
We arrange funerals for all faiths and communities including West Indian, Irish, Chinese, Polish, Czech, Slovakian and Buddhist, as well as Church of England and Roman Catholic. We can also arrange repatriations for you.
We serve people from the surrounding areas of Greater Manchester including Alkrington, Ancoats, Beswick, Blackley, Cheetham Hill, Crumpsall, Harpurhey, Middleton, Moston, New Moston and Openshaw.
Greater Manchester of all faiths including Church of England and Roman Catholic, and from all communities including Polish and Asian. We are also appointed to conduct funerals on behalf of Manchester City Council.
We are easily accessible as we are close to Manchester town centre and Piccadilly train station, plus we are on multiple bus routes, with a bus stop outside. We also provide on-site parking.
