Can I express my utmost gratitude to Gemma and Gina who took dignified care of my brother Alan who was in the Funeral Home recently.
Your compassion and kindness were second to none and made myself and my Partner at ease when we came to view Alan.
Gemma..thank you so much for conducting Alan's beautiful funeral yesterday. It was 'special'..even though there was a hiccup with the celebrant. You were so quick to organise a replacement to do Alan's service by asking Father to officiate the service at such short notice..bearing in mind he had a funeral to conduct after Alan's.. So comforting knowing they look after loved ones properly, had nothing but support and compassion from one of the workers Gina , she couldn’t have helped us more with our beautiful baby girl . Her final journey was as perfect as she was and it’s we couldn’t have done it with out Gina. All the other staff were lovely too and I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking to use them.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Gina at Michael Kennedy’s Funeral Directors. From the very first conversation, she was incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient. Her understanding nature made a truly difficult time feel more manageable.

Gina guided us through the process with great care and sensitivity, never rushing us and always making sure we felt supported and listened to. Her calm and thoughtful approach brought comfort when we needed it most, and we are so grateful for the respect and empathy she showed throughout.

It is the third time using Kennedy's firstly for my dad 8 years back then my sister and yesterday my mum.
The total professionalism and care they take to every detail is second to none.

Absolutely amazing funeral directors, they are lovely and helped us all every step of the way. They took care of my brother with the upmost respect. Came to my house to discuss the funeral with passion and love. Special thanks to Gina she is a diamond, nothing was too much trouble during our grief she is a credit to your company and also the celebrant Brian, what a fabulous send off he gave my brother, Brian is brilliant. My Mum was looked after by Andrea Lancaster and we were all extremely impressed with her warm, friendly and professional approach. I believe that my Mum was treated with respect and dignity and Andrea accommodated all of our wishes. My Dad was so impressed with her that he took out his own funeral plan with her too. Thank you for making a horrendously difficult time manageable. We are very grateful to her and the team.
